Businessman Mr Ken Sharpe yesterday distanced himself from an online comment posted under one of our stories recently suggesting that he was against the new administration led by President Mnangagwa.

He dismissed the comment, that we traced to an IP address in Sweden, as the work of jealousy people bent on derailing him.

Mr Sharpe yesterday told The Herald that it was not the first time that haters had posted things in the media in his name and it was probably not the last.

“I am a very responsible Zimbabwean and I never make reckless comments about the Government,” he said.

“I am a businessman and I am very clear that my focus is on the economy and investment. I do not get involved in politics and I support the Government of the country and its leaders,” he added.
