Scholar appeals for financial assistance

Eighteen-year-old Brandon Musa is appealing for $4 425 to help him meet expenses as he represents Zimbabwe at the 2016 Global Young Leaders Conference to be held in June this year in the United States of America. The money airfare return ticket, tuition, boarding and pocket money. The Global Young Leaders Conference is giving the young boy an opportunity to travel, explore the diplomatic, social and economic lessons of the past as well as debate policies of the present and future.The programme will develop Brandon to succeed in diverse environments with confidence, independence and skill.

Brandon came out with 5As and 5Bs at O-Level and returned to study A-Level at Vainona High School.

Brandon says he hopes to secure funding for this once in a lifetime opportunity:

“I am so happy to be part of this big event and I hope that after seeing this article people out there will help me, I entirely depend on them.

“The reason why I was selected by the Global Young Leaders Conference is that I wrote the American S.A.T. last year and I had a score of 1,66. I was nominated to participate in this prestigious conference and I am so excited,” Brandon said.
