for monitoring and evaluation in the PM’s Office, of being a Zanu-PF mole.
Mr Sinamane last reported for duty on March 22 after he was manhandled by rowdy MDC-T security guards reportedly working on instructions from secretary in the PM’s Office Mr Ian Makone.
Mr Sinamane yesterday said: “I last reported for work on March 22.
“I am now roaming the streets but I am getting paid. My office at Charter House was sealed off by party activists.”
The Public Service Commission is reportedly handling the matter since Mr Sinamane is on Government pay roll.
Mr Makone is on record saying the PM’s Office was in the process of “creating a team and one had to work well with the team or ship out”.
“It is either you belong to the team or you do not,” Mr Makone said.
Trouble started for Mr Selemani when the MDC-T accused him of leaking a story to The Sunday Mail.
The story alleged that PM Tsvangirai was running a parallel Government and his office has employed “independent contractors” who were milking Government resources.
The report said the independent contractors use Government resources to carry out their clandestine activities although they are not registered by the Public Service Commission.
It also claimed that civil servants in the PM’s Office were frequently clashing with the independent contractors who report directly to PM Tsvangirai or Mr Makone.
This has reportedly resulted in the resignation of eight principal directors.
Relations between Mr Sinamane and the PM’s office soured when he was thrown out of a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Tsvangirai on March 21 at Charter House.
PSC chairman Mr Mariyawanda Nzuwah could not be reached for a comment yesterday.
