Music, dance and exhibitions spice the weekend Killer T

Showbiz continues as usual this weekend with several events dotted across the country despite the cold weather.FRIDAY

The Venue that is located at number 23 Kenny Road in Avondale hosts the African Dreams Exhibition 11, an interactive exhibition of original artwork by Gareth Hook. He will have an array of oil canvas, oil studies and pencil drawing on the display.

The Volt Night Club hosts Pauline Gundidza’s birthday bash and she will be supported by internationally acclaimed reggae group Transit Crew.

Contemporary musician David Hondoyedzomba and his Blackways Band perform at Aviators Bar situated at Rainbow Towers Hotel in the capital.

La Rouge Lounge that is located at Westgate Mall hosts jazz musician Victor Kunonga and his Peace Band.

Peter Moyo performs at Dandaro Inn at Harare Showgrounds and will be supported by Mbeu and the Mhodzi Tribe.

Dendera Icon Suluman Chimbetu performs at Las Vergas in Southerton.

SATURDAY

The biggest bash will be at City Sports Bar where musician Killer T will be hosting a farewell to UK bash.

The gig will graced by pole dancer Beverly Sibanda and chanter Seh Calaz.

Kudzai Biston who is Killer T manager said they have set the stage for the gig.

Dzenambira Crew will join forces with Howard Pinjisi and dance group led by popular dancer Wasu for a performance at Chogitso Bar at Park Town Waterfalls.

Mutare’s popular joint The Platinum owned by Isau Mupfumi hosts Jah Prayzah.

SUNDAY

Sungura ace Alick Macheso performs at Mutangadura Hide Out in Ruwa at a family show.

The musician who has regained glory with the release of “Tsoka Dzerwendo” said they were making it a policy to come for family shows early.

“People need to enjoy family shows with their children. We have made it a policy to come early for the shows,” he said.
