AMERICAN singer-songwriter, rapper, record producer and fashion designer Pharrell Williams recently spoke about Beyonce’s upcoming album, which he has reportedly been working on.“B’s album is crazy,” Pharrell said during a recent Billboard interview. “Let me tell you what it is. She’s very particular. She’s a Virgo. And she’s not going to put it out until it’s ready and feels like it’s right to her. She’s got a very specific taste.

“I guess that’s the reason she’s Beyonce. Her name is recognisable around the globe and that’s huge. That comes from someone that has very particular taste. When you know what you want, you won’t stop until you get it. (Other people are hearing her album) and are like ‘Whoa.’ And she’s like, Yeah, I’m almost done’. And she’s the queen.”

Pharrell and Beyonce have collaborated on several songs, including “Kitty Kat,” “Green Light” and “Work It Out”.  Aside from working with Beyonce, Pharrell also discussed his other upcoming collaborations during his Billboard interview.

“Ed Sheeran,” Williams said. “Usher. I’m going back in with T.I. Beyonce. Jennifer Hudson. Nelly has this really big record named ‘Rick James.’ That’s my jam. Hans Zimmer and I are scoring The Amazing Spiderman 2. The ‘Happy’ video, it just feels like people—good people that all remember that we are entitled to smile. I’m very excited about that.”

During the interview, Pharrell is also currently participating as part of eBay’s “Follow It. Find It”.
“At the moment, I have a collection,” Pharrell said. “I just got the opportunity to check it out and see what it’s about. Fear of missing out is a marketing tool.

“And it doesn’t have the gravitas that we’ve been convinced it has, because, essentially, you can find whatever you’re looking for on eBay. I’ve learned that eBay isn’t the place I thought it was. I thought it was a glorified yard sale. It’s not. It’s a place that is meant for convenience and where people can actually convene.

“When I go into Chanel, it’s mainly just women’s things,” Pharrell added. “And Celine only makes women’s things, but I find what the f**** I can wear because I love it so much. But Chanel’s resort collection, every once in awhile, has a few men’s pieces that usually aren’t in stores. And you want the unisex stuff, like an iPod case or some necklaces that I’ll have remade. But that’d be it. (Laughs)

“One of the biggest things I’d get pissed off about is all the s***t that they use to dress the windows with, like the surfboard or the basketball. You couldn’t buy them because they weren’t for sale. — HiphopDx.
