“Ngwarawo” that revolves around social issues. Backed by Ramangwana Musica, Tendai’s music is a reflection of his deep understanding of the people around him and the issues that affect them in their day-to-day lives. He said his third album titled “Ngwarawo,” will catapult him to dizzy heights.

The 26-year-old singer said the album was a tribute to fallen musicians Leonard Dembo and Tongai Moyo.
“I grew up listening to Dembo and his music was very inspirational. When Dembo died, Tongai Moyo took over the genre and the legacy lived on. Since it’s the music that I grew up listening to, I have an appreciation of the genre,” he said.

On the album, one is bound to conclude that he had mastered the ropes of the genre popularised by Dembo.
The seven-track album is full of social commentary and the title track urges couples to safeguard marriage institution.

“In this age and era, marriages are collapsing because people are listening to bad advice, I urge couples not to give an ear to what other people say,” he said.
Like his role models, Dembo and Moyo, Chipara sings love songs. The song “Chikondamoyo,” bears testimony to that. Though the song is lyrically rich, it is the instrument arrangement that appeals the most.

Though unknown in Harare, Dotcom commands a huge following in Mashonaland Central where he has made Mt Darwin his fortress.
“I now want to penetrate Harare, I stage shows in Budiriro and Domboshava occasionally, but I wish if I could curtain raise for established artistes in the capital,” he said.
