Versatile FufuThe sun got tucked into the thick dark blanket of the night, and the music of chilled evening dressed us in our jackets. As the light lit up the way – our hearts where welded in an unbreakable oneness. I held the torch she held my hand – the shrubs of the forest slowing us down but not stopping us.

Stories of crazy things we were told of that forest re-echoed and gave us that look that was full of courage but initiated by fear.

She was my strength and I was her strength, we had each other. Alone I would not have dared to go across I would not have allowed the thought.

At times we can take for granted help but when help is the only way to achieve.

The sounds of crackling dry leafs didn’t alarm me as they would have if I had decided to cross the forest alone. She gave me a confidence because of togetherness. You can’t do it alone – you need a s team.

There are parts you can miss out but your help can see them and rectify before you go far. The reason we managed to cross the forest is because we deliberated on it – we spoke it to each other, empowered each other, yes, the one voice – we can do it!

We spoke the same language and had the same mind. Numbers create a great power when they are all after one thing.

Remember the men in the Old Testament who wanted to build a tower to get to the moon they did so until God caused them not to understand the same language.

When you begin to speak the same language with your team or partner there is no wall too high to block your progress.

The noises of that forest kept our hands glued onto each other but determination kept our feet on the track.

The dark was a fraction of our thoughts because our purpose was to get through the forest. I was sure that even if the torch was to go out we wouldn’t stop because our hearts had been set on achieving that goal.

Its time you considered working together with others to change the state of things.

Begin to see things the way others see them – thrive for the same thing, like a soccer team strives to score.

It will never be hard if you can get your team and focus your minds to making it through.

The breeze got suffocated by the trees as we left the forest into this open air with a blinding light exposing the earth. Be encouraged to encourage others – you can cause the change you desire.
