Popular radio and television personality Kelvin Sifelani is expected at The Grain Lounge this Friday for a one-off gig that has been dubbed “Pop Bottles” featuring the legendary club DJs Dee Nice and Dee Vine. The United Kingdom-based Kelvin who is affectionately known on the club scene as “The Soul Supreme” or simply as “Kedza”, returns to Harare to rekindle his romance with soul music lovers at the up-market hangout located at Newlands Shopping Centre.

The Soul Supreme confirmed the gig on his Facebook page saying he is arriving on Thursday ahead of the party.
“Jet in on Thursday and then will drop some on Friday Night. Is all good!” (sic), he wrote.

The veteran deejay, who specialised in soul and R’n’B music on the then Radio 3 now Power FM, had a stint on the popular radio Star FM where he hosted the “Sunday Soul Convention” for soul aficionados.

“The Soul Supreme” still commands a huge following on the club scene and many of his fans love it when he is behind the turntables.
He is also known for popularising the club banger called “Let the Beat Hit Them” by Lisa Lisa which he played as his signature tune.

“The Soul Supreme” will be joined on the decks by Dee Nice and Dee Vine, one of the biggest collaborations from back in the day.
According to Darlington “Dee Nice” Hundah, the party is a must attend for all party people.

“It’s a massive collaboration of legends and The Soul Supreme will be there to rock the party like no man’s business. This is the first time for the veteran DJs to come together and jam at the most happening place in town.

“There is no doubt music will be flowing until the wee hours and there is going to be free drinks for the ladies,” he said.
Dee Nice together Dee Vine are synonymous with big parties where anything goes from the freshest music to old skool club bangers.

It’s always a pleasure when the two combine forces and club goers always look forward to their selection of music.
The last time “the Soul Supreme” was in the country he left fond memories with music lovers failing to get enough of his soul selection.
And now that he is back together with Dee Vine and Dee Nice, it’s all systems go for soul music lovers. The party is hosted by Dee Nosh and Beefy.
