Mathias Mhere and his brother Daniel will tomorrow be in Chinhoyi were they will perform at Chinhoyi Hall. The two brothers have proved that music runs in their blood whenever they share the stage. In an interview, both artistes promised a memorable show saying everything is in place for the event. “We have been rehearsing for this show and can safely say that everything is under control. We are just waiting for the big day,” Mathias said.He also highlighted that the show is in line with his programme of taking his new album to the people.

“I believe it is because of our fans that we are where we are today and because of their unwavering support to all my projects especially my latest offering ‘Double Double’. We have decided to embark on a national tour to meet our fans and interact with them.”

Daniel, who went solo last year after spending close to a decade under his young brother’s band, said he will take the Chinhoyi show as an opportunity of marketing his latest album “Heavy Rain”.

“I am ready for the show and I am promising a top notch performance as I will also be marketing songs from my latest offering ‘Heavy Rain’,” he said.

Both their albums which were released early this year have been well received on the local market and the two have been sharing the stage in most live performances especially during the Prophetic, Healing and Deliverance Ministries’ services in Waterfalls, with Mathias giving his elder brother an opportunity to prove his mettle.

Mathias also featured twice in Daniel’s debut album.
