THE party continues this weekend as several events are lined across the country. Friday In Harare the party begins at an uptown joint Pariah State in Avondale as it hosts songstress Ammara Brown for a gig that will see several other artists performing. Rockford Josphat known as Roki celebrates his birthday as well as launching an album at the Volt.On demand DJs Nivek and Ash Styles together with KDV and Brian headline the opening of Slomon’s Cafe opening in Kwekwe.

The new hub of entertainment’s official opening with several other DJs from Midlands province performing.

Manager of the spot Kudzanai Ntini said the new venue seeks to bring refreshing outing for people in Kwekwe and outside.

“Solomons Cafe aims to offer the Midlands and Zimbabwe market an alternative dining, lifestyle and entertainment experience,” he said.

Pakare Paye Arts Centre tonight hosts sungura ace Alick Macheso with his Ochestra Mberikwazvo band while Jah Prayzah will be performing at Bar Rouge at Long Cheng Mall in Belvedere.

Legends Sports Dinner owned by award-winning promoter Daniel Masaiti hosts a clash of sungura and dancehall musicians at his venue.

The exciting event will see Obvious Mutani and Sungano Express clashing with Ras Caleb, Mostaff, Lady Squanda, Ras Pompy and T Makwikwi performing.

Saturday

Leading Radio station Star FM hosts a big hangout that will feature top entertainers Alick Macheso, Tocky Vibes, Fungisai Mashavave, Alexio Kawara, Shinsoman and Trevor Dongo at Old Hararians Sports Club.

The big event will be complemented by a soccer tournament with fireworks expected at the venue.

A lot is expected from the star-studied line ups of musicians and soccer teams.

Celebrated music producer and gospel musician Forward Mazuruse hosts thanksgiving concert as he officially unveils his latest production Jesus is everything “Jesu Ndiye Zvese” at Thane Building in the capital.

Dubbed “Forward and Friends in Concert” the event will see upcoming gospel musician Gladmore Mazuruse, Charles Zanovhi, Brian Mufara and Noel Zembe performing.

“It has not been a stroll in the park and I am grateful for the investment various players including my parents, family, pastors and the business community have had in my career. I am inviting all gospel music lovers to come and celebrate with us. It’s going to be a classical music showcase and families must come and praise with us,” Mazuruse said.

Macheso performs at Zindoga Gardens, a venue that was popularly known for selling traditional food.

The venue owners said they have decided to have the musician as he is staging must-attend family shows.

Popular Mbare DJ Cables hosts a massive birthday bash at Zebra Village with the most sought-after dancehall musicians performing.

Killer T, Soul Jah Love and Seh Calaz will be part of the event.

Junction 24 hosts Jah Prayzah and his Third Generation for a family show.
