Chief police spokesperson Senior Assistant Commissioner Charity Charamba confirmed the incident. Investigations are underway. “We are investigating a case in which a 20-year-old woman was murdered by tying her neck with a scarf at Magamba Training Centre, Mutare, on September 13, 2015 at around 8pm,” she said.

It is alleged that the woman and the student boarded a car from the hospital.
