ZIMBABWE international Ronald Pfumbidzai is ready for the new chapter after his South African Premiership football club Bloemfontein Celtics was acquired by a new owner.

Siwelele’s Premiership status has been reportedly acquired by Royal AM owner Shauwn Mkhize.

And Pfumbidzai and his teammates are expected to relocate to Durban.

South African Football Players Union have assured that all Bloemfontein Celtic players contracts are guaranteed.

According to reports from the South African media, an official announcement from the league is expected today.

Celtic owner Max Tshabalala on Monday evening notified the players of the latest developments.

And the former CAPS United left-back immediately posted on his Twitter page: “We started with hello created some beautiful memories now we have to say goodbye, life is unpredictable. I will always remember you no matter where I go,” he posted.

He attached footage of a game he scored a memorable goal for Phunya Sele Sele.

A number of fans wished Pfumbidzai good luck at the new club.

The 26-year-old full-back joined Celtics in 2017. Before the move, he had a loan stint in Denmark at IK Hobro.

Pfumbidzai made his Premiership debut in 2013 when he joined CAPS United from Division One side Hippo Valley.

He had a meteoric rise at the Harare giants where he went on to command the first-team place and earned call ups in the Under-20 national team within the same year.
