She is just a few weeks away from welcoming her second child into the world, and Alicia Keys hasn’t changed up her casual style during pregnancy. The singer went for a low-key look to promote her new children’s book “Blue Moon” at a Barnes And Noble store in New York City on Wednesday.

Alicia dressed her huge baby bump in a figure-hugging black tank top and dark jeans.

She kept warm with a two tone black and tan leather jacket, and wisely made sure her feet were comfortable in flats, in the form of shiny brown ankle boots.

The 33-year-old wore her brunette locks slicked to the side and tied in a braid, and completed her look with silver hoop earrings and some scarlet lipstick.

Alicia posed at the Tribeca store with the book’s co-author, Jessica Walton.

“Blue Moon” was released on Tuesday and tells the story of young LeeLee, who has just moved to a large city, and her grandmother Mama Mae, who just so happens to be magical.

The book was a natural next step for Alicia, as it is related to “The Journals of Mama Mae and LeeLee”, an interactive storytelling app which the star launched in 2012.

The “Girl on Fire” hitmaker has said that the app and subsequent book are based loosely on the relationship she had with her late grandmother.

Alicia travelled to the Big Apple from Glasgow, Scotland, where she performed her hit “We Are Here” at the MTV EMAs (Europe Music Awards) on Sun- day.

The star also presented the Best Song Award to Ariana Grande for “Problem”, along with Emeli Sande.

Alicia and husband Swizz Beatz, who are already parents to four-year-old Egypt, are due to welcome their second child into the world in late December. – Dailymail.
