Maphosa wins Harare Amateur

DOCTOR Maphosa won the Harare Amateur after a sudden death play-off against Hanish Nagrani at Police Golf Club over the weekend. Maphosa had rounds of 73, 73, 72 and 68.
He beat 54 players in the four-day event.
Midlands Amateur winner Nagrani carded 62, 76, 69 and 73.
Bekhithemba Ndlovu finished in third place after rounds of 70, 69, 68 and 68.
Ndlovu is playing off three handicap.
Tonderai Masunga finished on level par 275 with scores of 72, 74, 74 and 68.
Stuart Krog was fifth.
