Old Skool music lovers will have something to smile about after the launch of “Old Skool Reunion” parties at Dandaro Inn at the Show Grounds tomorrow. The old skool weekend outing events will take place at the venue every Saturday and Sunday starting midday.
Dandaro Inn manager Yasin Dhala said they would bring back the good old days when old skool music rocked entertainment joints.

“The type of entertainment will only be comparable to great old skool places like Brats Nite Club, Rumours of Chinhoyi Street, Shantels Night Spot, Spillway, Adelade Acres just to name but a few,” said Dhala.

“So whatever you do Saturday or Sunday, pass through Dandaro Inn and feel the magic and reunion of masters of old skool in entertainment sector.”

He said they were mainly targeting mature music followers that were missing old skool outing.

“The mature crowd that has been complaining for months because they were no longer being catered for and were having to simply enjoy mature musical entertainment provided by television channels or just playing their favourate old skool songs on radio, can now enjoy the best old skool music by their favourite and seasoned DJs.”

DJs that would take turns to entertain the music lovers include Tich Mataz (The Midas Touch), Kelvin Soul Supreme S, Ottis “Tha Flow” Frazer, Kimbo Rogers, Kay Cee (The Gig Master), Tommy Dutch, Seductive G and Ronny Cool. Dandaro Inn was formerly known as Castle Bar.

“Dandaro Inn has just been renovated to the best standards to ensure people who enjoy an attractive venue complimented by good music will feel at home.

“We also have a great African Cuisine and delicious Chisa Nyama to ensure that all your entertainment and weekend desires are catered for.”
