“It’s all about Jesus” . . . ZimPraise’s DVD was recorded two months ago at the Rainbow Towers

ALL is set for the ZimPraise’s DVD launch at the New Life Covenant Church in Harare tonight. The launch will run under the theme, “It’s all about Jesus’’ which will not only be about the album launch but also a worship night. The DVD which was recorded two months ago at Rainbow Towers has more than 20 songs featuring top local gospel artiste.
“The DVD features a stellar line-up of performing artistes among them Mathias Mhere, Tembelami, Sabastian Magacha, Takesure and the Worship Addicts, Pastor G. Comfort Manyami as well as Kudzai Sevenzo,” said one of the co-ordinators.

According to the organisers, the launch is based on music and dance only.
“Compared to previous years where we had a lot of events on one day like the awards ceremony and music launch, this year it is different, bigger and better,” a spokesperson said.

The launch will be spiced up by guest performances from the ZimPraise Choir as well as well-known gospel artistes. Popular song “Sungano”, which put the choir on the spotlight, is likely to send fans into a frenzy. The song has topped the gospel music charts since its release. The DVD was recorded by Joseph Madziyire and CDs will be available at the venue.
