IT’S a clash of new coaches when Harare City and Chiredzi FC meet at Rufaro this afternoon in a Castle Lager Premiership tie. Sunshine Boys coach Masimba Dinyero has been given three matches to prove himself while Gishon Ntini will be in charge of his second game at Chiredzi FC. Ntini feels they will go into the match as underdogs.

“It is advantage to Harare because they have been playing together but, for my team, we are still trying to combine and get the players together.
“We have eight new players at the moment but we are looking forward to getting more players. Our squad is so thin as some players were cleared by the old executive of Bambo (Moses Chunga)and others cleared by the new executive so along that confusion 17 players were cleared so we need to be given a chance to fill our slots.

“The players are there and the documents are there so we are just waiting for the go-ahead and clearance from PSL,” he said.
Ntini says expects a tough time.

“When Mawiwi was at the Caf coaching course and they played Chiredzi in the first round, they won under Dinyero so it won’t be an easy game and it is also a bottom-of-the-table clash.

“The players are highly motivated after picking three points at home,” he said.
Dinyero said they were ready for the battle.

“I am confident we can manage to escape relegation with the players we have at the team.
“We have experienced players who have played at the highest level and can play anyone in this country,” said Dinyero.
