ZIMBABWE international forward, Kuda Mahachi, had a dream debut for his South African side Mamelodi Sundowns when he scored in their 2-0 win over Moroka Swallows at Dobsonville Stadium on Wednesday night. Mahachi, whose dream to join French Ligue 1 side AS Monaco failed after a disagreement on the transfer fee, was introduced in the 73rd minute and fired home the insurance goal.

Despite his flying start to life in Super Diski, Mahachi said he is keeping a cool head because there will be tougher challenges ahead.
“I would like to thank my coach (Pitso Mosimane) for affording me an opportunity to play and I won’t allow the goal to go into my head as it will make me big-headed,” he told KickOff.com.

“All I have to do is stay focused and keep working hard and never relax. I have no personal targets but all I want is to work hard and help my team do well.”
Mahachi’s goal helped the South African champions to their first victory of the season.

Meanwhile, unsettled Zimbabwean striker Knowledge Musona has begun training with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim’s reserve team side but is now racing against time to get a club before the close of the transfer window at the end of this month.

Chances are high that Musona will not feature for his German side but would be loaned elsewhere, with Belgian side KV Oostende a possibility.
Kaizer Chiefs had been hoping to return to Kaizer Chiefs but chances of his return to Naturena are getting slimmer by each day as the forward wants to remain in Europe.
