Zim dancehall chanter Seh Calaz currently at the top of his game is relishing his United Kingdom tour where he performed before huge crowds.
Seh Calaz reportedly performed two successful shows, one in Leeds and another in Dunstable, where he thrilled multi-cultural audiences.
“It was a great experience sharing the stage with South Africa’s house acts Uhuru and Dr Malinga. The shows were well attended. DJ Stavo and myself were representing Zimbabwe since Soul Jah Love and Bounty Lisa did not make it over the weekend.

“A good number of fans were disappointed that Jah Love and Bounty Lisa missed the tour so I had to do go an extra mile on their behalf haazi mafanizi (it wasn’t an easy task). The other thing is I was the only ariste who performed at the last show in Dunstable because Dr Malinga and Uhuru did not perform after a misunderstanding (with organisers) so I ended up being Dr Malinga, Uhuru and Jah Love all in one. Taitongoita pachibhanditi nekuti panga pakaipa (we just had to hustle hard),” Seh Calaz said.

He, however, thanked his fans for the support saying it was all God’s work.
It was a pity that Soul Jah Love and Bounty Lisa who had thrilled their fans in Australia failed to travel to the UK due to poor travel arrangements.

It was a double blow at the weekend since the couple also failed to perform alongside Jamaican Kalado (pronounced Kaledo) at Old Hararians Sports Club at the weekend after turning up late.

But good times are rolling for Seh Calaz the “Mabhanditi” exponent whose song “Kwatinobva Kwakasiyana” is rocking the airwaves like no man’s business. He continues with his tour with a gig scheduled for Cape Town, South Africa on October 4.
