Rapper Lil Major is readying his new single featuring talented singer Elliot Nyakauru due out in the next few weeks. This is Lil Major’s third single and it is likely to follow the success of the first single titled “Me and My Baby” that features Varaidzo Nyakunika.

“So far he has done a lot in terms of reaching out to his fans.

“A good number of international artistes the likes of Tinashe have expressed interest in working with Lil Major and it is all in the pipeline

“The good thing about Lil Major is that despite the success, he is humble, intelligent and he is also maintaining good grades in school,” Tinos Viriri, the owner of Slicey T Records said.

The 12-year-old Lil Major whose real name is Malcolm Viriri and Elliot are under the mentorship of the award-winning Russo of Way Too Nice Music.

However, Lil Major is signed to Slicey T Record label and the new single is a big step as the upcoming star is set to move to Canada for international collaborations.

The latest collaboration produced by well known producer Russell “Russo” Chiradza is groovy and promises to be a banger. Lil Major burst on the music scene with “Me and My Baby”.

The single was on heavy rotation both locally and intentionally on stations such as Canadian-based Africa Radio Show 88.5, hosted by DJ Tinos who is also Lil Major’s father.

Another upcoming collaboration is expected to feature Nox Guni. DJ Slicey T recently launched the first African Radio Show in Canada that broadcasts every Sunday beginning 8pm (Zimbabwean time) and accessed online or tune in App or 88.5FM for those in Canada.

The show is aimed at giving African artistes the much needed exposure as well as updates to Zimbabweans and the African community living in Canada on the trends across the African continent ranging from entertainment, sports, social and politics.
