LATEST: Mutasa, Mliswa application hits snag

The Constitutional Court has dismissed with costs an application by former Zanu-PF secretary for Administration Mr Didymus Mutasa and his nephew Mr Temba Mliswa to have their expulsion from Parliament nullified.This means by-elections to replace Mr Mutasa in Headlands and Mr Mliswa in Hurungwe West will proceed as planned on June 10.
