TURIN. — Juventus have a month to improve before the Champions League soccer final, says manager Massimiliano Allegri, who has urged his players to keep their focus.

The Italian Serie A side reached their ninth European Cup final with a 4-1 aggregate win against Monaco in the semi-finals on Tuesday night and will now feature in the Cardiff showpiece on June 3.

With just under a month to go until the match against one of the two Madrid clubs — who played last night — Allegri has given his side the task of improving even more but has asked them to keep their focus as the Old Lady target the treble.

“Juventus have a very good chance of winning the Champions League this season but we need to play even better,” he told the club’s official website.

“We have a month to work on improving and we must not forget that we have some very important games before then.

“We need a point at Roma on Sunday, otherwise we’ll have to beat Crotone to win the Scudetto.

“We must remain alert and fully focused at all times. I’m delighted with my players and what they’ve achieved this year. It wasn’t easy to go on the sort of run we’ve had in the Champions League.

“Now we’ve reached the crunch phase of the season and we need to give things some serious thought tomorrow because we haven’t won anything yet.

“We have the league, the Coppa Italia and the Champions League — in that order — to think about.” — Sky Sports.
