RUYAMURO Service Stations Northern Region Division One Soccer League bottom sides Al Buraak and Blue Jets will clash in the last of the first round matches at Ellis Robins this afternoon. The two sides, who were promoted at the beginning of the season, are struggling to adjust to life in Division One.

So far they have managed three wins apiece.
Al Buraak team manager, Happy Chiswine, said they were expecting a tough encounter, but believes it was about time they picked maximum points.

“We are looking forward to the game and we expect a positive result,” said Chiswine.
“The game will be tough, but we need to win so we will go into the second round with confidence. We have been unlucky and we suffered some close losses which I attribute to inexperience on our part.

“We have been using players from Division Two and they have seen the challenge in the second-tier league and will try and bring in some experience during the mid-season.

“We are also happy with the coming on board of Gilbert Mushangazhike, who is assistant to Naison Muchekela, who will bring his experience.

“They have always worked together and have a good understanding since their days at La Liga.”
