CAPS UNITED coach Lloyd Chitembwe says the Green Machine are starting all over again as his depleted side go into battle against Harare City at Rufaro this afternoon.

Makepekepe, who have lost striker Abbas Amidu to Egyptian Club Smouha this week, will be without midfielder Ronald Chitiyo who has travelled to Tunisia to engineer a move at giants CS Sfaxien and Ronald Pfumbidzai currently on trial at Bloemfontein Celtic.

Chitembwe yesterday said they are looking to bounce back to winning ways following the disappointment in their last three matches against Yadah, How Mine and Shabanie Mine.

He will also miss the services of Tafadzwa Rusike and goalkeeper Edmore Sibanda who are still out with injuries.

Defender Justice Jangano is also a doubtful starter.

“Like I have said before, we are a team in transition. We have some players that have attracted foreign interests and some of them we will definitely not be with them for this game.

“Of course Pfumbidzayi, Chitiyo and Abbas are some of them. In fact, there are a lot of movements that are taking place and it’s like we are starting all over again.

“But I also believe it’s a good opportunity as well for some of our players who haven’t been playing regularly.

“Our goal at the moment is to try and be as competitive as we can. We have to try and win this match. That is the reason we have been working hard at training. Usually I don’t want to talk about our opponents, but we know what Harare City can do.

“It’s not going to be an easy game,” said Chitembwe.
