The accreditation of delegates for the ZANU PF National Annual People’s Conference to be held in Mashonaland Central at the end of this month has begun.

The accreditation process started last week in some provinces, with Matabeleland South expected to finish its accreditation today.

Acting Secretary for Information and Publicity, Cde Mike Bimha advised delegates to get registered at their provincial centres.

“The Department Information and Publicity wishes to advise all provinces that in preparation for the National People’s Conference to be held from 25 to 31 October 2021, accreditation of provincial delegates and other services will be undertaken by the Department of National Security,” he said.

“Central Committee members will be accredited in their respective provincial centres. All delegates will be required to produce their valid Covid-19 vaccination certificates before accreditation.

“Service providers and other stakeholders will also be accredited at the provincial centres so provinces are requested to advise them and submit their lists for accreditation.”

Delegates in Mashonaland West, Manicaland and Matabeleland North registered last week at their provincial offices, while those in Mashonaland East, Masvingo and Bulawayo registered last weekend. Harare delegates registered on Monday while the media registered yesterday.

In Matabeleland South and Mashonaland Central, the delegates started yesterday and will be finishing today.
