HARARE City coach Moses “Bambo” Chunga is spoilt for choice with a full complement of players ahead of their battle against Bulawayo City at Barbourfields today. Skipper Themba Ndlovu, who was nursing an injury, is now back in training. Chunga said he was not expecting changes to the team that beat Ngezi Platinum 2-1 in his first game in charge. “You don’t change a winning team. We are there to compete for number one. Everyone needs to be the number one. Let’s focus on the game against Bulawayo City and everything else will come later. Our captain was nursing an injury but he is back. Francesco Zekumbawire was the captain last week.

“Bulawayo City have a relatively strong team and a seasoned coach in Philani Ncube. We have to compete and look for a positive result. The win against Ngezi Platinum added more confidence and brought competition in the team.

“Life has been good and I have adjusted to life at Harare City FC. The players are working very hard and so far so good. The philosophy is the same, we play to win. What has changed are the gaffers only.”

Chunga said that he was at home anywhere in the country. “There is no easy team in the Premier League. You have to be at your best to collect maximum points. We play total football. We will go for mobility.

“We will be offensive and defensive at the same time. We are comfortable. We have the mental strength to take us through.”
