CBZ Holdings has launched an integrated Mobile app; CBZ Touch, in a bid to improve their customers’ convenience.

While most applications on the market only offer banking solutions, CBZ holdings has revealed that the CBZ Touch opens the gateway for one to transact across all Banking, Life, Insurance and Asset Management subsidiaries and is also available to non CBZ account holders who can register and create their mobile wallets.

Some of the services available on the app include sending of money to any mobile number, the ability to send money to a recipient holding any mobile number for withdrawing at CBZ ATMs or CBZ agents using a onetime password, instant VISA card account funding from source account and Life and Short term Insurance Policy quotations among others.

CBZ group executive marketing, corporate affairs and training Laura Gwatiringa said: “We are very excited about our new application.

“What is driving us is the passion to offer customer convenience and customer satisfaction by providing innovative low cost products.

“Through this application we are going to take our clients to a higher and global level of transacting.”

The CBZ Touch application can be downloaded for free on Google Play store Microsoft and Apple store and its launch is in line with CBZ’s

drive and passion to provide innovative low cost products through the utilisation of state-of-the art technology.
