Today I have some 2015 looks for men to rock this summer so the ladies can have some fashion eye candy everywhere they go.

Summer allows us all to be adventurous and daring and that is what makes it so exciting.

1. Statement strips: Strips are so in vogue this summer think stripes, to blocked strip.

Key pieces: Let it be on your T-shirt, Bermuda shorts, chinos, tailored shirt and even your pants.

Suggestion: You can have that summer ready look by pairing up a striped T-shirt with a pair of tailored chinos or Bermuda shorts, and then just slip on some penny loafers for the whole ensemble to exude that fresh summer look.

For an evening look, you can wear slim pinstriped pants, a crisp white button down shirt and throw on a jacket to give you that cool summer evening look.

Note: It is important to note that stripes have a different effect on your size and shape. Horizontal strips make you look wider and vertical stripes make you look taller and slimmer so it is important to bear that in mind when wearing or choosing your strips and adopt strips that work for your body shape.

2. The double denim look: Denim is forever timeless. It was the 1950 symbol of youth rebellion, and denim has found its way back yet again in 2015. Denim is versatile and leaves men no option but to spot it this summer. The look that has caused summer fashion waves is the all denim look as you don denim from head to toe.

Suggestions

Pairing up denim with shorts, with a denim shirt.

Combining washed out denim with indigo jeans.

Pairing a denim blazer with your denim pants and then breaking it up slightly by wearing a T-shirt if you like then adding your low key trainers to get that fresh look.

3. Red: The summer colour in trend this summer for men is red — don’t be scared to wear it.

Red is bold, red is vibrant, red is attention, red is the definitive colour this summer.

Suggestions

Red in sport inspired separates look amazing.

Try splashing red in the form of your joggers, your flat cap, your T-shirt, your sneakers.

You can rock Bermuda shorts in red and then pair them up with the stripes I mentioned earlier.

You can combine red with a subtle colour like beige if you are not so daring.

And if you are daring enough and want to immerse yourself in red, try wearing a full on red slim fit suit, white button down shirt and black leather loafers for that totally sophisticated look — I dare Mudiwa Hood to rock this look.

4. Florals: Who ever said flowers are for girls was lying, at least when it come to summer 2015!

Floral prints are so currently in vogue on men’s key items such as t shirts, pants, Bermuda shorts, head gear, and accessories such as pocket squares, neck-ties and bow-ties.

Suggestion: For those pool parties floral shirts, floral tees, floral linen pants are your key item.

Think wearing a statement floral shirt with beige chinos and a pair of sandals will give you that relaxed summer look.

Think -floral crew neck t-shirt, skinny jeans and a pair of low-key trainers, for that casual hot look.

6. The sport wear look: This look is so in its fresh, it is active, it is sporty.

Key items: Your joggers, your T-shirts, your sweater, your hoodie, your track pants your trainers, your flat caps, this look is such a head tuner.

7. The graphic black and white: Black and white are the two simplest and long standing colour love affair combination of all time. Black and white is simple, elegant and practically impossible to ruin.

Suggestions: Whether you opt for statement pieces in black and white or separates, these two colours combined are a huge fashion heat wave this summer simple yet totally sophisticated.
