This week is Customer Service Week, which is celebrated world-wide (Zimbabwe included) every year during the first full week of October.

This year’s theme is “Excellence Happens Here”.

The week, which runs from October 2 to 5, is devoted to recognising the importance of customer service and honouring people who serve and support customers with the highest degree of care and professionalism.
