Mugaviri who dropped out of Fujian Medical University in China after he failed to secure tuition said the book was of portable size only to suit its purpose.

“I wrote the book with specific thrust and its contents exhibit the same especially on how to lead from a personal view outwards and make workable plans that can help to achieve goals at various levels right from individual up to organisational level,” said Mugaviri.

“This is my first book and the first edition. It’s an address to people who are in position of making tight decisions and those who want to change their way of living by achieving more. The book is small with 106 pages with compressed selected information only to the purpose of the book which is to educate the people to come up with workable plans that will rescue them in future,” he said.

He said the book was published on this month insisting he was quite optimistic that the world would benefit from the content.

“As we get closer to the close of every year we start making goals and plans. Plans for the nation which include National Budget, plans for companies and corporates as well as individuals, most of these goals are not because of how we structure them and approach them for achievement. “Back To The Drawing Board” is a guide on leadership and achieving of goal using workable plans that help you remain focused all along the way,” he said.

Mugaviri said he took four months to write the book without any assistance from other people.

He said he conceived the desire to be an author sometimes ago but he thought was a difficult task.

“I always have wanted to write a book but somehow thought it is difficult I even went on YouTube to get ideas which was not much of a good idea for me at that time because I had not found my field. In 2019 I tried to write a novel I got stuck after written ten pages,” said Mugaviri.

He said he was inspired by the late Bahamian evangelist Dr Myles Munroe.

“Dr Myles Munroe had always had his statement on emptying yourself to the world and giving all of your talents and gift out got me on this path.

“Most of the examples given in the book are my past experiences however other references to great world leaders like Nelson Mandela have also been mention within the drawing board’s pages,” said Mugaviri.
