After staging an exciting show at Club Manucho two weeks ago, Peter Moyo returns to the Waterfalls joint on Friday for a ‘Pre-Valentine’ gig that will also feature sungura musician Romeo Gasa.

His last show at the venue was a full house and patrons have been requesting for his return. The musician staged an outstanding act that thrilled hundreds of fans that thronged the joint.

He has promised another exciting performance at Friday’s show.

“I am happy that my fans that came to our last show at Manucho enjoyed the show so much and they have been requesting that we return to the venue for another show.

“It is good to have people who appreciate when you do well and I will do my best to keep them entertained. I promise the best show on Friday,” said Peter.

“We have agreed with the owner of the venue to make my performances at the place regular. When fans respond well, we also do well.

“We have found a base in Waterfalls and we will continue bringing our best to the people from that area.”

Club Manucho owner Emmanuel Mawarire said the ‘Pre-Valentine’ gig was meant to give his patrons a memorable Friday night as they warm up to the spirit of love ahead of Valentine’s Day.

“The return of Peter to our venue means a lot about our patrons’ faith in the young musician.

“The last time he performed here, he left a huge mark and people have been clamouring for his return.

“We are happy he is coming back when memories of the last gig are still fresh in their minds,” said Mawarire.

“We have themed it ‘Pre-Valentine’ party because this is the weekend of love and people will be in good mood as they prepare to spoil their spouses on Valentine’s Day. Peter’s combination with Romeo Gasa should make the show bigger.”

Gasa said he is looking forward to an exciting event.

“We have shared the stage with Peter on several occassions and we know how to alternate our performances to make an exciting gig,” said Gasa.
