Economic Empowerment Group (EEG) president Mike Chimombe has arrived at the Harare Magistrates Court where he is accused of defrauding a home seeker of a residential stand.
Chimombe arrived at court in the company of his lawyer Mr Tapson Dzvetero.
He is expected to be charged with fraud.
