Award-winning gospel musician Mathias Mhere will headline this year’s Gospel For All Nations, GOFAN Conference that kick starts tomorrow at ZITF Hall 3 in Bulawayo.

GOFAN Conference is an annual revival conference being conducted by AFM Northend Miracle Centre and being spearheaded by Evangelist Lilian Bwanya of AFM. The conference will feature South Africa’s Zaza from Spirit Praise who will share the stage with Mhere and a host of other local musicians on Saturday to close the four-day religious event.

“We have invited musicians who are coming to perform at the conference and these include our very own Mathias Mhere, Amai Guvheya Panganai Munhunzvi and many more,” said Akim Moyana, one of the organisers.

Mhere is doing quite well in the gospel industry and his latest album has managed to penetrate into the market.

Mhere, who rose to fame with his second album “Anoita Minana” that had the track “Favour”, is no stranger to live performances, having played at various local and international platforms.

“I am excited to share the stage with Zaza. We are going to have a good time as we praise and worship the Lord. I will perform songs from my latest album, ‘New Testament’,” said Mhere.

Mhere is also dropping a video for his song, “Dhindindi Fulltime” that features Zexie Manatsa and he will be performing it at the conference as well.

Moyana said all was set for the conference and it is expected to flow smoothly.

“GOFAN Conference is starting on Wednesday and preparations are at an advanced stage. Right now people are working on the venue and the next two days are set for the preparations. We have guest speakers who are coming to grace the conference who include Bishop Mashaya,” said Moyana.

The conference will be graced by a number of church leaders across the country.
