The Herald would like to apologise to lawyer Mr Fungai Chimwamurombe over a paragraph in a story published on its website on 29 October 2021 with the headline “Doves speaks on ‘burying empty coffin’. The concerned paragraph insinuated that Mr Chimwamurombe had demanded a new SUV vehicle and be personally paid US$123 000 by Doves. It has since been established that Mr Chimwamurombe did not make such demands. – Editor
