Contrary to the story headlined “$3m CMED saga: More dirt exposed”, that we published yesterday, the CMED case is before the Courts in which case any documents on the matter can only be published as a matter of court record.
Transport and Infrastructural Development Minister Dr Joram Gumbo, who is constrained by court procedures, has indicated to us that he had nothing to do with the documentation that informed the story we published. Any inconvenience caused by the publication is sincerely regretted. — Editor.
