Mandebvu had another brush with the law enforcers, this time for driving without a licence and was fined over the weekend.
“Yes, I was fined for driving without licence. In actual fact, I was having driving lessons,” said Mandebvu.
Mandebvu was coming from a nightclub in Newlands where he was spotted partying all night. The musician had no money on him and had to call his girlfriend to bail him out.
“The girl who is bringing money is my real girlfriend. If she asks you about us, you say we are just friends,” Mandebvu was overheard by this reporter who was at the scene telling the girl who was with him in the car.
The “Dzorera Rudo” singer has another pending court case where he is facing murder charges. The urban groover together with his family members are facing the charges after allegedly fatally assaulting an armed robber who had raided his father’s Hatfield house. Mandebvu was arrested together with his father, sister, maid and two neighbours.
Last year, Mandebvu was also embroiled in a legal wrangle with his ex-girlfriend over access to their four-year-old daughter.
Mandebvu was claiming Kudakwashe Samantha Shambira, his ex-girlfriend, was denying him access to their child.
