As a firm we are also thriving to play our part in contributing to the national housing delivery program under the Zim-Asset that will see more than 300 000 housing units being built throughout the country in the 5 years beginning 2013 to 2018.
Our developments cater for people across the divide from low income earners to top end cluster housing developments in Borrowdale, Marlborough, Newlands, Greendale and Highlands.
The company has expanded the scope of our projects into medium and high density residential land developments to also cater to the low and medium income earners.
Some of the developments underway include Kutandara Estate, Tynwald North comprising of 400m2 stands as well as Pleasant Valley Estate (Tynwald South) comprising also of 375m2 stands.
We have on offer 2 000m2 completed low density stands in Philadelphia to also cater for the high end of the market. Kinsely Estate in Borrowdale offer upmarket 2 000m2 in a gated community as well and will be completed in 2018.
We expanded into the high density sector and sold out 863 200m2 stands in Stoneridge and all this is in a bid to fulfil our mandate of being The Home of Real Estate.
This decision to expand and invest in massive residential developments was premised on the fact that we have gained capacity in terms of capital structures and experience to handle construction projects over the past 8 years.
