Gems arrive in the UK

Zimbabwe’s national senior netball side, the Gems, has arrived in the UK ahead of the Celtic International Cup Series, which begins on Friday with a world ranking contest in Scotland and Wales.
The team touched down at Heathrow International Airport at around 9 am local time.
The tour is divided into two segments, starting with a tri-nation world ranking contest in Glasgow and Cardiff from November 1 to 6.
Zimbabwe, Scotland and Wales will battle it out in this meet while the second installment of the competition will see the Gems, Welsh Feathers, Scottish Thistles and Northern Ireland Warriors battling for the Celtic Cup in Glasgow from November 7-10.
Then, on November 12, they will play England in an international friendly in Manchester before returning home the day after.
