As a child of God, you must always remember that you have all the protection you need in life. If the Lord is on your side, who can be against you?

Job 3:25-26 reads: “For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid is come unto me. I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came.”

Today, I’m going to talk to you about this man called Job, who feared God. He had a hedge that surrounded him, but still he was afraid.

I want you to know that the devil may come near but he won’t touch you, for you are divinely protected!

People were in the church rejoicing and praising, the presence of the Lord was being felt. The devil showed up and God began to talk to him. The Lord whom the people were worshipping was present in the church, nobody knew it, just like you don’t notice Him on Sunday with naked eyes, but He is always present.

The devil was asked where he was coming from, and he said: “I was moving to and from.”

And God said, have you not seen my servant Job, a man who fears me. Look at the devil’s reply: “How can he not fear you, for he has a hedge around him.”

This means that the devil was trying to get him but could not. My beloved family in Christ, you are surviving not because of your fasting, or praying too much. God is watching over you day and night, in your going in, and going out. His eye is upon you when wars are being fought. Things are sent at night to destroy your life, but you woke up all right not knowing anything. He is your shield!

Job was haunted by the spirit of fear. He was rich but lived in fear. He always said, I have this today but what if something happens tomorrow? By so doing, he tore down the hedge himself.

These last 37 days we are going to deal with the spirit of fear. It must get out of your life. Fear not people of God, we were not given that fearful spirit to fall back into slavery.

Some of you go to church every Sunday, but they are already dead, because they are so afraid to die. Listen! You don’t have to fear death; we are to prepare to die. We go to church for that preparation.

Children go to school to prepare for their future, but time will come where there will be a distinction between the educated and non-educated. That’s the same with attending services. The rewards you will get in heaven aren’t the same with a non-believer.

Don’t fear, you won’t die before your time. Enjoy life whilst you still can, for there are no cars in heaven but down here on earth. Of course you will live and declare the goodness of Christ. Nobody has the right to block your path or take away your peace of mind

As I have alluded to earlier, fear causes you to die before you are dead. You should not fear to fail otherwise you have already  lost.

Start your business now. When you fail start again; you fail, you start again, but one day things will turn around for your good.

Always keep in mind that you were born to succeed. You will achieve something in life. God has a purpose for you to be where you are at this minute.

These last few weeks of the year, new stuff must come. Speak to the old things and say go. How it will come is God’s concern, just know that you will have it. The job you need, that business, it’s all there somewhere.

Things are going to be released, only don’t fear. If you don’t want to fear to fail, don’t compare yourself with anybody. Let’s not be drained out with babblers. They may have gone far, but God has a reason for you being were you are. The time to shine, to flourish is now.

Everything you wish to achieve before the year ends, go for it. It is written that whatsoever things you desire, you shall have it. For with God all things are possible. (Mark 10:27)
