Club secretary-general Oliver Manyau confirmed the swoop after overcoming nearly two months of glitches in processing the paperwork.
“I am glad to say Gutu is now a Dynamos player. He has been training with the team while waiting for his transfer papers.
“His reverse clearance from South Africa only came last week and the technical team can now safely field him in our league matches if they choose to,” Manyau said.
Gutu, who had a disappointing stint at Ajax Cap Town in South Africa last season, said he was happy to be back home.
