As darkness slowly surrendered to dawn, I looked through the eastern window of CUT Hotel. There, huge acacia trees stood like ghostly figures, backgrounded by the silhouette horizon.
A spitting distance away, the Hunyani River also known as Manyame River softly spate out white mist that blended with the silhouette horizon and the motionless trees, giving the eye a rare spectacle.

Imperceptibly, the sun rose and hey, the view defied tourism magazine diction for, in the relaxing and exhilarating scenery sun rays licked and swallowed the mist, clearing the sight to the rolling valley below and the Manyame riverine vegetation.

CUT Hotel is a precious nugget that has manifested itself as the place to be in the rather sleepy town of Chinhoyi.
Just an hour away from Harare, Cut Hotel manifests itself as that green-roofed architectural splendour that catches the eye across the river as one makes the final descend into Manyame River, along the Harare-Chinhoyi Road.

Lush-green manicured lawns, flower decorated pathways and tastefully decorated spacious rooms give the guest unparalleled ambience and comfort. You would never think you are in Chinhoyi.

Clean linen, walk in showers, bath tubs, DStv channels and professional staff make the visitor feel comfortable.
CUT Hotel was established as a strategic hospitality centre and business unit by the Chinhoyi University of Technology and falls under the university’s School of Hospitality and Tourism.

CUT hotel is an epitome of a one-stop hospitality centre, with exquisite leisure facilities through affordable accommodation, a massive conference centre, state-of-the-art restaurants and take away facilities.

The hotel does connect guests to Chinhoyi Caves, the famous and gothic limestone cave or Chirorodziva, that tells the history of the people who lived there centuries ago. The caves are just 8 km from the hotel, while the town is just a km away. A game at adjacent golf club or walking safari along the Hunyani River can be arranged an options.
