China-based entrepreneur launches motivational book

A Zimbabwean entrepreneur and author who is based in China, Fortune Nyabeze, over the weekend launched his motivational book titled “Letting Go” in Harare.
The book was launched on his behalf by FGK Services and Consultancy.
In an interview with The Herald Arts from Beijing, China, Nyabeze said the book was about his past life experiences.
“The book came as a result of me embracing a painful experience I went through in my life,” he said. “I have an understanding that everything happens for a purpose.
“Sharing my own painful experience and how I managed to overcome l believe will help countless individuals out there who are holding on to past painful experiences to see that it’s possible to let go and move on to a new and better life.”
Apart from being an author, the 29-year old Nyabeze is the founder of men’s fashion brand called SOG Royal and a fitness brand called Get Fit With SOG.
Nyabeze published his debut book last year titled “God First” which was nominated for Young Achievers Awards.
He identifies himself as a non-fictional writer who loves to write about his personal experiences and the things he loves.
Speaking at the launch, FGK Services and Consultancy executive director Fortunate Kufakunesu said books were a powerful tool of communication.
“I am one person who feels that everyone has a powerful story within them that could be a turning point of someone’s life, so the writing of books is one area that should be learnt by almost everyone,” she said.
“Books are a way of ministration where a lot of lessons are drawn and this book in particular will be an inspiration to many who will read it and we look forward to read more books that will be written by this young talented author.”
The launch was attended by people from all walks of life.
