LONDON. — Chelsea have given Manuel Pellegrini “a very attractive offer” to become their new manager, according to reports. Express Sport understands the Blues are keen to land Pellegrini, who will leave Manchester City at the end of the season. And Chilean newspaper El Mercurio claim the English Premier League soccer champions have already held discussions with the 62-year-old.

“Pellegrini is delighted with the idea of staying in the Premier League,” a source close to the boss told the newspaper.

“Chelsea is one of the clubs he has been talking to, and they’ve shown a very attractive offer.” — The Daily Express.
