BREAKING NEWS: 900 Chikurubi prisoners riot

Nearly 900 prisoners at Chikurubi Maximum Prison today ran amok and assaulted prison guards while demonstrating for better food.

One prisoner died during the riot which lasted for more than three hours with the prisoners burning blankets and destroying window panes at the maximum prison.
