1103: He briefs the religious leaders on Government’s response to the Covid 19 pandemic. He says the vaccination programme is going on well and thanks religious leaders for supporting the programme.

1100: He says the people of Zimbabwe should thank God for the economic turnaround being experienced.

1056: He says the day is meant to thank God for the blessings he has bestowed to the nation adding that Zimbabwe is a God fearing country.

1052: President Mnangagwa rises to give his speech.

The event is being attended by various religious groups.

1051: VP Chiwenga introduces the President and said the day came at an opportune time when the world is fighting Covid 19.

1036: VP Constantino Chiwenga and Zanu PF second secretary Cde Kembo Mohadi are also in attendance.

1034: Reverend Andrew Wutawunashe gives opening remarks and thanks the President for guaranteeing freedom of religion and worship in the second republic

1022: The event starts with observance of a minute of silence in remembrance of victims of Covid 19
