Upcoming artiste Gee Brandon – real name Brandon Guzha is amongst a new breed of Zim dancehall artistes that are out to  promote positivity in the genre through use of clean lyrics as they tackle issues that affect youths.
He is known for his soothing melodious voice and has his own music blend of Zimdancehall and R’n’B.

Like any other dancehall artiste, Gee Brendon featured on several riddims with the latest being “Cashlance Riddim” a combined Cashlibs and Winky D’s Vigilance Studios’ production.

The budding sing jay has proved his mettle as a strong contender for the dancehall kingship.

Gee Brandon recently released his third album “Mushauri Volume 2” that carries 12 tracks that addresses issues affecting youths in relationships.

The album carries tracks such as “Haanyare”, “Uriko here”, “Unofa Nenzara”, “Babie Wakachipa”, “Kana Ndinewe” and “Ex Yangu”.
One of the most interesting songs on the album is “Babie Wakachipa” which attacks women of loose morals.

In the track he likens his girlfriend’s value to the cheap clothes popularly known as “bhero” because of her loose morals.

Another track which is gaining popularity among the ghetto youths is called “Kusvika Nguva Yamira” that he collaborated with a lady called Vongi .

The song which sounds more like R’n’B is a soothing track of two lovers that promise to love each other until the end of time or death.

He also collaborated with the rapper Alishias “Maskiri” Musimbe, Senator Vibes and Dimples.

The 21-year-old singer believes his new album will take him to better heights in the music industry.

“This album has opened more avenues for in the music industry and I am happy with the reception it got from dancehall fans.

“I am hoping to work with more established artistes, do more live shows and produce some videos to establish my brand,” he said.
