Twin brothers Tawonga and Tapiwa Muza launched their first album titled “It’s Time to Party” at the weekend.
In an interview, the two said they were happy with their latest achievement that will see them preach the word of God through music.
“We have come a long way for us to launch our first album today and we are hopeful that it will be well received in the Christian community,” said Tawonga.
The album has tracks “Chiratidzo”, “It’s Time To Party”, “I Am a Believer,” “Jesus in my Music”, “I Am A Believer Remix” and “I Thank You Lord”.

“We wrote the songs together as brothers and we wish to continue like that,” he said. The six-track album was co-produced by Macdonald Chidavaenzi of Eternity Records and Megaton of Megaton Records. Born 31 years ago, the two did their primary and secondary education in Chitungwiza before moving to Waterfalls were they started their music career.

“When we moved to Waterfalls in 2012 we managed to write our songs with the help of church members,” he said.
The two said they would work on the DVD album that is expected to be on the market before the end of the year.

The album launch was graced by a number of upcoming artistes including Marvelous Mabwe and Kudzi Nyakudya, who was represented by his management.
“Support of other artistes is greatly appreciated and in this industry we are looking forward to working with all gospel artistes,” said Tapiwa. He said they would be holding live performances since they have a band.
