In their latest bid to attract new clients as well as retain old customers, TelOne has swiftly adjusted their annual promo. The state-owned telecoms operator is giving their clients an early Christmas present through their annual promotion dubbed the Talk, Surf, Win and Stay With Us. This time around the promotion is bigger, better and more exciting. The major

difference with this year’s Talk, Surf, Win and Stay With Us promo is that TelOne is rewarding all clients for simply using TelOne services.

Telone Corporate Communications Manager Melody Harry said points are awarded every time clients pay for a certain service.

“With each payment, clients accumulate points redeemable for a wide range of exciting prices or product experiences. These include a free month subscription on the current package (4 points), smartphones (8 points), Lenovo tablets (12 points), HP Laptops (16 points) and flat screen television sets (20 points).”

Clients with the highest individual cumulative payments per month per region also stand a chance to win various spot prizes at the end of the every month.

All clients signing up for any ADSL or their newly unveiled Fibre To The Home (FTTH) package or topping up bundles will receive points and redeem them after collecting enough points for various prizes ranging from a free month subscription, Mobile Handsets, Laptops and Television sets.

All new voice subscribers signing up for the fixed telephone service and paying their monthly bill or paying for outstanding bills from a minimum payment amount of $50 will receive points and prizes ranging from a free month subscription, mobile handsets and laptops depending on the number of points accumulated.

Telone has announced that all new connections will be offered a free modem provided there is a two months advance payment. For ADSL, the minimum entry package is Home Plus.

Clients have the liberty to upgrade or downgrade a package and still redeem a prize if they have enough points. However, they are not allowed to share points. After every purchase a client will receive a receipt as a proof of payment. That receipt will enable a client to receive a stamp on his or her booklet which has his or her name.

The promotion which commenced on November 1, 2015 will run till the February 29, 2016 and the national draws will be conducted in March 2016.

TelOne recently bounced back on the market as a fully converged telecommunications operator offering voice and internet based services to their clients.

The state-owned and only fixed voice call network operator with a wide network distribution with infrastructure in almost every corner of this country, has grown to be the second largest fixed line network in the region after Telkom South Africa has escalated its focus towards data.
