“It was a thought that just came as a result of the things that I go through in my everyday life especially at school,” Munembe said.

“I thought of putting my thoughts in writing so that people could also read what goes through my mind and eventually it became a book,” Munembe said.

“This means war: Battle of captains” is a book for the young people at heart which talks about young detectives who are forced to go undercover at Ridgeway High school and the case turns out to have some twists and turns making it hard to solve.

It talks about social wars amongst pupils at schools.

“To me, the story is interesting and fun on its own as I personally am a happy person and I encourage young people to support my efforts as a writer by buying the book which is going for only$10,” she said.

Munembe said that young people should not be limited by anything but rather go after their goals at a young age so that they are able to live their dreams.

“Always imagine and never look at circumstances surrounding you and never let anyone tell you that you can’t because you can,” Munembe said.

She also acknowledged the work done by her father who helped and supported her for the book to become a public success.

Munembe has a list of other books she intends to publish in the near future which includes “I became famous on internet”, “The List”, “The Anti Princess”, “X3 and The Royal series”.

The 74-page book is available at Gateway School as well as other bookshops around Harare.
