As you do an audit of the year 2015, whatever it is that you have made of it, make sure you are ruthless with yourself, brutally question yourself why you didn’t manage to be a better person.

Time is a defining tool which cannot be ignored and which you must learn to dominate — don’t always be behind time. You know what you failed to do because of procrastination; you know what you didn’t achieve because of failing to manage time.

The nature of our being was created with substance of dominance to all that exists on this earth.

This surely is not an easy tune of understanding — but surely if your mental framework is mechanised in this direction then your presence on earth would be felt by many. Okay, the year is wrapped up already — your audit is not a funeral for mourning your failures and troubles of the past. Whatever you went through was not designed to end your reign but it was meant to strengthen you, try and learn the indirect lesson from all the situations you came across in 2015.

Don’t lie to yourself and pat yourself on the back for a dismal performance in the year 2015 because that will set you off on a bad record or bad standing for the year 2016. I know you had a list of things you wanted to do or achieve but somehow the list eluded your grip and got lost in time. Please pay attention the thing with goals for the year is that you ought to be realistic.

Don’t set goals like I want to have a doctorate in scientology by the end of 2016 when you are in form four — that will only cripple your brain.

Be realistic — set achievable goals and put your mind to it. It is not your fault that 24 hours are the measurement of the day but it is your fault that the day goes by without you drawing an inch towards your desired goals.

Most people have an excuse for everything — I didn’t have the money or capital, you need to know that money is attracted by ideas and desire.

You have to know what you want to achieve and I tell you the money will show up, invest in yourself and have people paying for your value. Always work on being and not on having, because by being you will have.

Be a fortified character of influence in whatever you do. Now that 2016 has come — some people have been waiting for it, which I don’t know why, some have been running towards it, and some don’t even notice it.

People have a mentality of saying I want to see what the year will bring me, which is just a misguided mind. The year is a labelling to time and it does not bring you anything when you are sitting — prepare for the year.

Prepare for the change you want to see, diligently work on what you want to achieve by year end. Don’t sit and think of what the year will bring you but think of what you will bring into the year 2016. Let’s dominate our time of existence!
